Job Overview
We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team and support clients with daily living activities. If you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives, this is the perfect role for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support Daily Living Activities: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Meal Preparation: Assist with cooking and preparing meals when needed.
- Transportation Assistance: Help clients with transportation for appointments and errands.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a safe and tidy environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Regular Communication: Keep us updated on client needs and changes.
- Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support, enriching each client’s quality of life.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certification in PCA or willingness to get certified
- Ability to work independently while keeping confidentiality
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations in Wilson, Nash, Edgecombe, Pitt, Wake, Martin, and Halifax counties.
- English Fluency

This position requires commute capabilities to client locations within our service area: Rocky Mount, NC, and surrounding counties.
