Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as needed.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings in EHR systems.
- Administer basic life support and manage airway as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations while maintaining a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License
- Proficient in patient care and assessment
- Experience with EHR systems, particularly Epic and Cerner
- Skills in catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding
- Knowledge of physiology and basic life support
- Familiarity with home and community care practices
- Experience in critical care and long-term care settings
- Ability to manage airway and provide health coaching
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
