Bandy Canyon Ranch is hiring a Housekeeping Associate! You will be responsible for ensuring everything at the Resort is spotless, organized and ready to wow!
We are one of the finest resorts in the San Pasqual Valley and we are currently seeking an astute, confident and energetic Housekeeping Associate to play an integral role in a small and hardworking team.
Our absolute focus is building relationships with our guests and ensuring they have everything they could possibly desire during their stay, anticipating what this is, before they ask for it!
Our 15 cottages are as beautiful as the landscape that frames them, with a private resort feel. You will be responsible for ensuring that the cleanliness and appearance of our cottages are maintained to the highest standard.
Duties and Responsibilities -
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned cottages within prescribed Brand Standard guidelines
- Maintain the inventory of every item placed in each of our 15 cottages
- Communicate status of cleaned rooms to the Housekeeping Lead
- Report any lost and found items to the Housekeeping Lead immediately, listing the cottage / area where the item was found
- Report any damage or missing items to the Housekeeping Lead
- Report exceptional and / or unusual circumstances to the Housekeeping Lead immediately.
- Assist guests with questions and requests
- Performs all other duties as directed, developed or assigned
- Maintain and oversee housekeeping supplies
- Update housekeeping Lead of linen requirements
- Ability to follow handling procedures for dirty linens
