Founded in 1975, the Omaha, Nebraska based dealership has grown to 17 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Minnesota with over 1100 employees. We are currently looking for an Inside Parts Sales employee for our call center. This position will office out of our Des Moines dealership. After market automotive or truck experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Will be expected to answer 40-50 calls per day. Call center experience or experience working in an environment with phones preferred.
- I. Communication
- 1. Project a positive, helpful, and professional attitude toward the customer.
- 2. Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly and politely.
- 3. Make calls to existing and prospective customers.
- 4.Receive parts orders and answer questions for customers and outside sales personnel.
- II. Documentation
- 1. Obtain sufficient information from the customer to ensure correct part is specified.
- 2. Invoice all parts purchases at the time of sale.
- 3. Bill core charges to customer.
Qualifications
- A. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- B. Must have excellent reading skills and legible handwriting:
- C. Must have a valid operator’s license and good driving record.
- D. Must have excellent communication skills.
