Parts Manager

We are currently looking for a Parts Manager for our Faribault, MN dealership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

• Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude toward our customer.
• Resolve any customer disputes in a manner both beneficial to the customer and TCC.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings Solicit feedback on current sales, discuss trends and implement new strategies.
• Develop and maintain total budget for Parts Department.
• Help implement sales/ marketing plan.
• Maintain level of inventory consistent with needs based on average monthly sales.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department employees.
• Perform annual evaluations of all parts department employees.
• Analyze departmental operations and storage layout and revise as needed.
• Review wages for all parts personnel.
