Duties and Responsibilities :
- Complete repairs on engines and chassis products in the field under the guidance of Mobile Technician Mentor
- Develop rich customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer demands
- Comply with customer onsite policies and procedures to complete repairs including preparing required parts and tools
- Assist with required documentation, such as work completed, warranty claims and parts orders
- Complete web-based, In-person, and on the job training for business requirements within 1 year of hire
- Health & Safety policies, procedures reports, issues and incidents to their supervisor or manager
