Hiring OTR Drivers Solo & Team Driving Competitive Pay Paid Time Off

Position Overview :

SERVOPAK is seeking experienced OTR drivers to join our team. Drivers will be responsible for a mix of solo and team driving with a flexible schedule :

• 3 weeks on the road, 1 week off (company-paid airline tickets to / from home).
• 1 week solo driving and 2 weeks team driving .
• Consistent miles with in-house dispatching.

Pay :

• Solo : $0.50 - $0.55 CPM (based on experience)
• Team : $0.75 - $0.80 CPM (based on experience)

Driver Responsibilities :

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and cargo deliveries .
• Efficiently navigate routes while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck, both inside and out.
