TransForce is hiring full-time CDL A drivers in Phoenix, AZ for local delivery routes. Earn $23 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, flexible schedules, and opportunities to onboard full-time after conversion hours are met.
Position Highlights :
- Pay : $23 per hour with overtime after 40 hours
- Schedule :
- Monday - Friday (10-12 hour shifts) with optional Saturday shifts
- Varied start times between 3 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 AM
- Routes : Local deliveries throughout the valley, including Total Wine, Costco, and other clients
- Freight : Wine, beer, paper products, and more
Job Details :
- 95% drop-and-hook shipments
- Occasional loading / unloading required
- Equipment types : Dry van, reefer, and flatbed trailers
- Monday Total Wine routes require strong backing skills
Requirements :
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 6 months CDL A driving experience (1 year preferred)
- Strong backing skills and ability to navigate local routes
- Clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Stable work history
