Truck Hero is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Center Supervisor to lead our distribution center operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate shift employees
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the daily workflow and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing
• Monitor and improve operational processes to meet performance metrics and deadlines
• Coordinate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all products are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage
• Address and resolve any issues or escalate to shift management
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions
• Handle incident reports as needed
• Act as the main point of contact for team-related issues and concerns
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments
• Prepare and present team reports and performance data to management
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
• Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving distribution center operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in operations or logistics required
• 1 years of experience at a leadership level with similar responsibilities preferred

• Required Licenses:
• Ability to become licensed in operating powered warehouse equipment such as reach forklift trucks and order pickers

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS software
