WHAT YOU DO:
- Provide quality and timely communication to customers. Sales Representatives work with customers to determine their wants and needs for their next vehicle purchase
- Customer follow up, continue to follow up with customers with daily calls, text & emails
- Become automotive sales experts by gaining a thorough understanding of vehicles and their technologies
- Responsible for the meet and greet, presentation, test drive and write up phases of the sales process
- Work in a haggle-free, fixed price, high volume dealership
Achieves individual sales and customer service goals.
You will gain exposure to learning operations and have the opportunity to grow and advance your career.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 2 plus years of automotive sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to overcome objections

Average annual salary with base pay, commissions, and bonuses
