WHAT YOU DO:
- Provide quality customer service to our valued Truck Ranch customers, Sales Representatives work with customers to determine their needs and wants for their next vehicle purchase
- Customer follow up, 30-40 outbound follow up efforts daily calls, text & email
- Sales Representatives gain a thorough understanding of vehicles and technologies by becoming auto sales experts
- Responsible for the meet and greet, presentation, test drive and write up phases of the sales process
- Sales Representatives work in a haggle-free, fixed price, high volume dealership
To generate leads, follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction.
Achieves individual sales and customer service goals.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and some sales experience.
- Possess a valid driver's license & satisfactory driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous related retail/customer service experience a plus
WHAT WE PAY:
GUARANTEED $3k per month commissions!
Average compensation for this position within the Truck Ranch company is: $63,424/yr with top salespeople clearing $100,000 annually.
