CDL- A Driver / Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Reefer
- Home Weekly for 34 hour reset-Weekends are not guaranteed
- APU, refrigerator, power inverter; trucks governed at 70mph
- No Touch Freight
- Day and Night driving required
- Must be able to take truck home on hometime
- Automatic truck
- Out 5 days and home for 2 days
- Average $1400 - $1500
- Weekly guarantee of $1050
- Pay starts at $.56cpm (includes a $.10cpm per diem)
- Stop pay: $30
- Short Haul Pay: additional $30 from 0-100 miles; $15 additional pay for 101-200 miles
CDL-A Driver / Truck Driver Requirements:
- 2 years verifiable OTR/Regional experience in the past 3 years
- Local experience will be considered, but time in a sleeper cab is preferable
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months
- No serious moving violations in the past 3 years
- No incidents or accidents in the past 12 months; no more than 3 in the past 3 years
- No DOT preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- No Safety Terminations
- No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months; no more than 9 jobs in the past 3 years
- DUI must be outside of 5 years
- All Felonies and misdemeanors will all be reviewed
- Urine drug screen required
- No failed drug test in the past 5 years
CDL Class A Driver / Truck Driver Benefits:
- Weekly pay
- Rider Policy (must be at least 6 years of age)
- Pet Policy (dogs only)
- Paid Orientation (3 days)

- Full benefits after 60 days of employment
