What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Driver/CDL-A / Hazmat Required / Home Weekly position at Truck with Jed Logistics?
Hiring immediately for Class A Driver! Must have flatbed and winter driving experience. Driver must have secure parking for tractor and trailer during hometime. Driver must have steel toed shoes, hard hat, gloves, safety vest, and ear plugs. This is a Driver Assist position.
$500 Sign on Bonus
Driver must live within 50 miles of Bridgeport, NJ
CDL- A Driver / Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Hazmat Endorsement Required
- 53' Freightliner with Swing Door Trailer
- Home Weekends for 34 hr reset, and maybe throughout the week at times
- Drop & Hook
- Work Sunday afernoon-Friday; loads are dispatched at 7pm
- Average 1896 miles per week with 9 stops per week
- Stop pay: $27; Delay Pay: $25/hr
- Mileage Pay: $.66cpm; Hourly Pay: $29; Annual is $87,000
- 6 months recent tractor trailer experience-45ft trailer or longer
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 3 non DOT-preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- No more than 8 jobs in the past 3 years; no more than 3 CDL jobs in the past 12 months
- No more than 3 incidents in the past 3 years
- Most Terminations will be reviewed if it was not safety or drug related issues
- No DUI's/DWI's in the past 5 years
- Hair & Urine drug screen required
- Felonies and misdemeanors must be outside of 7 years
CDL Class A Driver / Truck Driver Benefits:
