Truck Driver Requirements:
- Must have 6 months of Class A Tractor Trailer experience in the past 3 years
- Driver CAN have 3 months exp if they have been with no more than 2 carriers and have had no preventable accidents (CMV) during those 3 months
- In the past 12 months; 2 or less moving violations; No DOT Preventable accidents; 2 or less preventable accidents
- In past 3 years: No more than 3 moving violations
- No more than 4 jobs in the past 12 months; no more than 6 jobs in the past 2 years; no more than 8 jobs int he past 3 years
- No safety terminations in the past 6 months and must have had 6 months of safe driving since the termination
- Felony convictions-no drug related charges in the past 10 years
- DUI must be outside of 10 years if the driver held a CDL-A when DUI occurred
- Must pass a Hair and Urine test
- No failed or refused drug test ever
Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Touch Freight; Multi stops 2-4 route; Driver unload on cargo rollers
- Freightliners, KW's, and Internationals
- Home Weekly for 34 hour reset
- Average 1800 miles per week
- Deliver to ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN
- Driver must have somewhere safe to park tractor and trailer during hometime
- Pay starts at $.70cpm-$.80cpm
- Average $73k-$94k per year; Average $1400 - $1800 weekly
- Unload Pay; $240
- Stop Pay: $25
- Backhaul Pay: $50
- After 30 days; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and life insurance
- Vacation Pay
- Weekly pay; direct deposit
