Job Summary: Class A Driver Wanted for Flatbed Freight Runs
Hiring immediately for a Class A Driver to haul flatbed freight east of I-35. Must have steel pipe or flat steel experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive flatbed trucks with automatic transmissions
- Run routes with home weekends
- Average pay is 27% of the load
- Average weekly pay: $1200 - $1600
- Tarp at 40% - 50% of the loads
- Non-forced and flexible dispatch
- Average 2000-2500 miles per week
- No touch freight
- Haul aluminum coils, pipe, steel, and building materials
Requirements:
- 1 year OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience within the past 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 "At Fault" accident in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 DOT Preventable Accident within the last year
- No DUI's/DWI's in the past 3 years
- Urine drug screen required
- Felonies and misdemeanors will be reviewed
