Our 5 year drivers earn $93,000 * Stop pay - $20.00 per stop* Detention pay : Automatic pay (with on time arrival) after first 2 hours of $10.
00 per hour to a maximum of $100 in any 24 hour period.* Layover pay : After 24 hours is $50.00* Hazmat pay : $50.00 per every placarded load.

- Hiring Requirements : Must be at least 23 years old* Has ONE (1) YEAR verifiable, over the road driving experience in a tractor-trailer unit.
- No serious moving violations in the past 3 years and no more than 2 non-serious moving violations within the past year.
No more than 3 total within the past 3 years.* Has no more than 2 preventable, no reportable accidents within the past 3 years.
- Experience with temperature-controlled cargo, such as meat and produce, is preferred.
