• Holiday pay per day: $200
• Hourly rate: $18 per hour
• Average miles per week: 1762 Miles

ACTIVITY-BASED BONUS COMPONENTS 

• Cent per mile rate: $0.50 - $0.52
• Stop pay: $38 per stop
• Outsource pay:  $325 per day
• Winter incentive pay:  $50 per day
• Safety training: $20 per hour  
• New hire training period: $250 per day 
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $82,667
• Frequent home time 
• Onsite management

     - Days off will either be Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday (Driver does not choose)
  - Start Time: 10AM-2PM (Occasionally later start times are available)
  - Driver will average a 10-12 hour shift
  - Home 1 - 2 nights a week in addition to reset (usually 2 nights but that cannot be guaranteed)
  - Account will work all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas

• Drivers will be delivering pet supplies from the warehouse in Reno, NV and deliver to Petco Stores in CA, NV, UT, WY, MT, and ID
  • Drivers will be going over Donner Pass
  • Around 70% of the deliveries are to CA. Delivers will be north of Visalia all the way to the Oregon border.
• Drivers will be required to offload pallets at the stores with an electric pallet jack.
  • Liftgates may be used at some locations
  • Loads are pre loaded
• Drivers will return with a backhaul after delivery

Special Requirements:

• Drivers unload freight with an electric pallet jack
• Liftgates may be used at some stores. 
• Chaining will be required during winter months. (can be up to 5 times a week during the winter)
  • Drivers are compensated with an hourly rate of $18 if chaining causes delays (case by case basis)
