We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety while working as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management – Organize, stock, and track products efficiently.
- Equipment Operation – Operate pallet jacks and order pickers safely (training provided).
- Shipping & Receiving – Load and unload shipments while ensuring accuracy.
- Quality Control – Inspect and verify shipments against packing lists.
- Inventory Tracking – Maintain accurate records using RF scanners.
- Packaging – Prepare and fabricate packaging materials for outbound shipments.
- Safety & Cleanliness – Maintain an organized, hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues to meet operational goals.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience Preferred – Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Mechanical Aptitude – Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Technology Skills – Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Physical Stamina – Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Attention to Detail – Strong organizational and inventory tracking skills.
- Communication & Teamwork – Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Adaptability – Comfortable handling shifting priorities and tasks.
