Truck Service Technician / Mechanic
$18 - $45 per hour Depending on Experience
Medium-duty Truck Experience is Required

We are a fast-paced commercial truck dealer with an array of franchises and need to hire an experienced Medium Duty Truck Technician.

- 8-hour shifts – Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
Responsibilities – Truck Service Technician:
- Diagnose and fix malfunctions and conduct regular maintenance to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
- Communicate with parts departments to obtain necessary parts.
- Record all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
- Road test vehicles to ensure repairs are effective.
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs.
- Keep vehicles and shop areas clean.
- Manage dealership-owned tools and manuals
Requirements – Truck Service Technician:
Light - Medium Duty Truck knowledge- Diesel Truck Repair experience
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Good writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- CDK knowledge is a plus
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is helpful
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to obtain a Class B CDL license if sponsored by the company
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Professional & positive attitude even when busy or under stress
