Accounts Payable Associate – Full-Time / Cordova, TN / Non-Exempt
TruckPro is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join the team at our Memphis area corporate office, focusing on processing invoices for payment and auditing, analyzing, and reconciling transactions into the Accounts Payable system.

Key Accounts Payable Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Identify vendor transactions to determine correct processing.
- Code Account Payable transactions
- Perform audit procedures of Accounts Payable data entry, including evaluation of correct journal entries and related supporting documentation.
- Generate reports and prepare related supporting documentation for filing (electronic or paper).
- Set-up of new vendors in the ERP system
- Assist with the processing of vendor payments (checks, EFTs, other), as needed.
- Verify and prepare payments for delivery (mail or electronic delivery).
- Generate vendor statement reconciliations.
- Establish and maintain rapport with assigned vendors and all TruckPro store locations to ensure timely resolution of past due invoices.
- Perform other tasks inherent to the company financial activities as assigned.
Successful Accounts Payable Associate Candidates Will Have:
- High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree is a plus
- Two years’ experience in general accounting or bookkeeping
- Demonstrated success processing a high volume of invoices
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- The work is sedentary. Typically, the associate may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting of items such as a laptop computer, paper, books, luggage and small parts, driving an automobile, etc.
- While performing the primary duties of the job, the associate will be regularly exposed to typical inside general office environment.
