Key Responsibilities
The Financial Reporting Lead will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial reports and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include preparing presentation materials for operating committee, audit committee, and investor meetings, maintaining and enhancing established budgeting and forecasting processes.
Additionally, the Financial Reporting Lead will support mergers and acquisitions through analysis, due diligence, and integration, and support the implementation of Blackline initiatives around the close checklist and reconciliations.
They will also lead/support improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, scalability, and automation, responsible for reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts with identification and timely resolution/clearing of any reconciling items.
Furthermore, the Financial Reporting Lead will set priorities and goals for colleagues that support the accounting team's broader strategic plan and direction.
