TruckPro is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for planning, controlling, organizing and directing the outside sales function of multiple stores within a specific geographic territory to ensure overall sales growth and profitability. The Regional Sales Manager works with the Store Managers and Regional Manager to recruit, hire, on-board and develop Account Managers. This position can be based out of the following areas: Chicago IL, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Cleveland OH, Indianapolis IN

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Recommends, trains, coaches, mentors, evaluates and provides leadership and mentoring to all assigned account managers in conjunction with the regional and store manager
- Responsible for developing, forecasting and tracking regional sales goals and objectives
- Monitors weekly and monthly performance of account managers
- Develop and recommend marketing strategies to account managers, SSC Sales and Marketing and regional management
- Develops and coordinates regional marketing and product training events with account managers, store managers and supplier partners
- Works with account and store managers to develop competitive pricing models to maximize sales growth and profitability
Successful Regional Sales Manager Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Five years of experience in operations or sales
- Multi-location field management experience
- Heavy duty industry (or similar) experience
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) i.e. Salesforce, etc.
- Utilizes the principles of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
- Excellent communication (oral & written)
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Resides in one of the following areas: Chicago IL, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Cleveland OH, Indianapolis IN

- The associate will be regularly exposed typical inside and outside environmental conditions, including, but not limited to dirt, dust, vibration, minimal chemical hazards, noise and temperature variances
- Exposure to hazards or physical risks, associated with a warehouse, vehicle services, and retail operations, which require following basic safety precautions
- Approximately 50-75% of time will be travel related within a defined customer base
