What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Team Lead position at TruckPro LLC?
TruckPro LLC is seeking a Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for managing the overall daily operations for our heavy-duty truck parts retail location and driveline shop with the prime purpose of increasing sales, gross margin, and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Inside/Counter Sales team and Account Manager/Outside Sales team while building and maintaining key customer relationships
- Develop and communicate financial and business performance goals for the store
- Manage and coach associates by engaging with Human Resources to assist with organizational structure and planning, talent management and development and employee relations issues
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience to include full P&L responsibilities, inventory management, people management. Additionally, they should have 2 years of experience in Operations and/or Sales and possess Heavy-Duty industry knowledge and experience (heavy-duty truck parts and/or heavy-duty service repair).
