Counter Sales - Parts Specialist – Heavy-Duty Truck Parts – Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts
- Determine customers' truck parts needs
- Assist customers with warranties
- Generate tickets for orders to the warehouse
- Process orders for the outside sales team
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Heavy-Duty Truck Parts knowledge, preferred
- Automotive parts knowledge/experience, also a plus
- Computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs
- Initiative to address challenges and seek solutions
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to safely lift heavy parts and use a forklift
