Key Warehouse Lead - Delivery Driver Responsibilities Include :
Leading the day-to-day warehouse operations to include planning and directing distribution activities and deliveries
Work towards continuous improvement to increase the efficiency of the warehouse operation
Pick, pack, and process customer orders as needed
Assist in receiving inventory and inventory control activities, including physical and cycle counts
Track distribution and maintenance records
Provide support in resolving customer or team issues as they arise
Track general expenses of in / out freight and truck maintenance records.
Organize and coordinate deliveries
Dispatch delivery trucks to local customer locations and / or other TruckPro stores.
Ensure that all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules
Assist with monitoring and reconciling brake core returns
Manage the returns process for parts returning to the store and the manufacturer
Promote a safe and organized work environment
Successful Warehouse Lead - Delivery Driver Candidates Will Have :
One year of related Warehouse or Distribution Lead experience required
Experience working as a Route Delivery driver
Experience dispatching local deliveries
Excellent communication (oral & written)
Customer service mindset
Teamwork orientation
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, etc.)
Heavy-duty truck or automotive parts knowledge, preferred
