Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers visiting the dealership, providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Respond to leads via internet and phone in a professional, friendly manner
• Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting the features and benefits of different units
• Negotiate sales deals and persuade customers, ensuring transparency in pricing and trade-in value
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a smooth and efficient sales process for all customers
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to guarantee satisfaction and encourage future business

Skills/Requirements:
