Job Summary :

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Productivity to drive the operational efficiency of our revenue organization by managing tools, processes, and enablement initiatives. This role will require a unique combination of technical skills —to serve as the bridge between the revenue organization and IT—and people skills —to effectively train and enable revenue teams (AEs, AMs, BDRs, etc.).

The ideal candidate will balance system implementation and optimization expertise with the ability to design and deliver impactful training programs. Working within a lean RevOps team, this leader must be hands-on in managing tools and systems while also providing practical, tailored enablement for frontline revenue staff. Success in this role will ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to drive productivity and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Ownership & Collaboration with IT :

  • Act as the primary liaison between the revenue organization and IT, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of tools and systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement platforms).
  • Manage and prioritize enhancement requests from the sales team and other GTM functions, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements for IT.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new tools and systems into the existing tech stack, working closely with IT to troubleshoot issues and enhance usability.
  • Monitor system adoption, providing recommendations for improvements, and lead efforts to automate workflows to boost efficiency across the revenue organization.

Training & Enablement for Revenue Teams :

  • Own the development and delivery of tailored training programs for AEs, AMs, BDRs, and other customer-facing roles, emphasizing value-based selling and driving team productivity by equipping them with the skills, tools, and systems needed to achieve their goals effectively
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to implement enablement initiatives, including, but not limited to, product launches, updates, and pilots.
  • Create and manage a structured onboarding program to ramp up new revenue hires quickly, providing practical, role-specific training on processes, systems, and strategies for increased productivity.
  • Maintain an organized content library of training materials, process documentation, and system guides to support ongoing learning.
  • Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization :

  • Identify bottlenecks in GTM workflows and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Standardize playbooks for key sales and marketing processes to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align workflows and processes throughout the customer journey, ensuring seamless handoffs between teams.
  • Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement :

  • Define and track key performance metrics related to system usage, tool adoption, and productivity improvements.
  • Provide regular performance reports to leadership, offering insights on tool effectiveness, process efficiency, and team enablement outcomes.
  • Continuously gather feedback from revenue teams and other stakeholders to refine tools, training programs, and processes.
  • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role with hands-on responsibility for tools and enablement.
  • Strong technical expertise with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools, including the ability to manage system implementations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for IT teams.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for customer-facing teams, including live and virtual formats.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning teams around shared objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and workflows to enhance sales productivity.

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education / training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    152,000—$190,000 USD

    The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
