Job Summary :
We are looking for a Director of Revenue Productivity to drive the operational efficiency of our revenue organization by managing tools, processes, and enablement initiatives. This role will require a unique combination of technical skills —to serve as the bridge between the revenue organization and IT—and people skills —to effectively train and enable revenue teams (AEs, AMs, BDRs, etc.).
The ideal candidate will balance system implementation and optimization expertise with the ability to design and deliver impactful training programs. Working within a lean RevOps team, this leader must be hands-on in managing tools and systems while also providing practical, tailored enablement for frontline revenue staff. Success in this role will ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to drive productivity and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Ownership & Collaboration with IT :
- Act as the primary liaison between the revenue organization and IT, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of tools and systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement platforms).
- Manage and prioritize enhancement requests from the sales team and other GTM functions, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements for IT.
- Ensure smooth integration of new tools and systems into the existing tech stack, working closely with IT to troubleshoot issues and enhance usability.
- Monitor system adoption, providing recommendations for improvements, and lead efforts to automate workflows to boost efficiency across the revenue organization.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education / training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
152,000—$190,000 USD
The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
