Position Summary :
We are seeking a Manager , Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, builds brand trust, and supports business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize content to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance website performance. Additionally, they should possess a strong understanding of the freight and logistics industry, exceptional storytelling skills, that grow brand awareness and influence. This role is focused on increasing buyer-ready traffic, driving lead generation and eCommerce sales, and accelerating pipeline conversions.

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education / training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
104,000—$130,000 USD
The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
