Body Shop Estimator

We are currently seeking the following at our new Body Shop in Graysville, Alabama:

BODY SHOP ESTIMATOR

We are looking for a talented, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Body Shop Estimator. This is a hands-on position working with Medium and Heavy-Duty Truck repairs in a fast-paced environment with high expectations where you are rewarded for doing exceptional work. Commission available for this position. This position is responsible for the following:

• Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential customers
• Educate customers in the collision repair processes
• Prepare all estimates in an accurate and efficient manner
• Communicate with insurance representatives
• Track the repair status of customer vehicles
• Oversee parts orders
• Be the liaison between the customer and body technician
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-motivated with a great attitude
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral
• Detail oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Consistently develop and implement improved processes
• Provide timely feedback to all members within the organization as well as external vendors and customers
• Provide hands on support to team members
• Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Excel
• Three to Five years related experience and/or training in the estimating/Trucking/Body shop industry
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
