What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lube Bay Technician position at Truckworx?
We are looking to hire experienced lube bay technicians, as well as trainees, to work on medium and heavy-duty diesel trucks in our Birmingham, AL Dealership.
LUBE BAY TECHNICIANS AND TRAINEES
- Open 6 days per week, various schedule options available.
- 1st & 2nd shifts available.
- Pay based on experience with hourly and flat rate pay plans available.
- Bonus pay is available based on productivity/efficiency.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A valid applicable state license.
- A good driving record.
- The ability to use good judgement and decision-making skills.
- CDL is a plus but not required.
- Computer knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Technicians will need pliers, punches, chisels, hammers, screwdrivers, pry bars, Allen wrenches, Torx bits, a set of wrenches, ratchets, and sockets in typical SAE & metric sizes.
