Marketing Specialist
Truckworx is looking for a creative marketing specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity in the corporate headquarters of an established and growing company. This position will work directly play a key role in the strategic and creative aspects of marketing. This position will work closely with the marketing director, other key managers, and the marketing and sales teams. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the marketing director to continuously improve the level of service provided to our internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with parts, service, and equipment sales teams to create customized, compelling marketing materials (ex: sell sheets, print ads, online advertisements, customer gifts, sales brochures, presentations, etc.) to increase sales
- Research and prepare cost estimates and options for graphic design, materials, and presentations
- Assist with organizing and maintaining up-to-date marketing photo gallery (ex. Photos of dealerships, current equipment, other marketing photography)
- Recommend new ideas to promote brand awareness among potential employees and customers.
- Assist with planning and overseeing customer and employee events.
- Assist with company communications such as employee newsletter and e-blasts.
- Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Understanding, promoting and complying with all established policies and procedures.
- Being knowledgeable of any specific safety hazards and associated protocols associated with work assignments.
- Being knowledgeable of any Federal/State/Local regulations that may be applicable.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, advertising or related field
- Thorough knowledge of graphic design, layout and creative visual elements
- Creative and artistic in skillfully producing a variety of graphic artwork in several forms
- Proficient in Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Very high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multitask
- Pay based on experience
