We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Lines Clerk to support our commercial insurance team. In this role, you will assist in processing policies, maintaining client records, and ensuring accurate documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the insurance industry.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Lines Clerk to support our commercial insurance team. In this role, you will assist in processing policies, maintaining client records, and ensuring accurate documentation. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process policy documents, endorsements, and renewals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Assist with policy billing, invoicing, and premium payments
- Provide administrative support to commercial lines account managers and underwriters
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with policy changes
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Prior experience in insurance or administrative support (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with insurance software (a plus)
