In this role, you will coordinate, schedule, and communicate learning activities and events while serving as the administrator for Trucordia University, our Learning Management System (LMS). You will manage content curation, scheduling, and reporting for all employee learning opportunities. Additionally, you will facilitate new hire orientation and support the learning team in executing key initiatives.

In this role, you will coordinate, schedule, and communicate learning activities and events while serving as the administrator for Trucordia University, our Learning Management System (LMS). You will manage content curation, scheduling, and reporting for all employee learning opportunities. Additionally, you will facilitate new hire orientation and support the learning team in executing key initiatives.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as the administrator for Trucordia University, managing the LMS and other learning platforms, including third-party partnerships.
- Coordinate, schedule, and track attendance for all live and virtual training sessions within the LMS.
- Manage eLearning course uploads, build learning plans, and implement an audit process for course updates.
- Maintain and update the Trucordia University SharePoint page, ensuring timely communication of training events.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training as needed, including new hire orientation and 30-60-90-day onboarding plans.
- Organize and optimize LMS content for easy access and continued engagement.
- Support Learning Experience Partners by developing job aids, workflows, training materials, and assessments.
- Track and report on training completion, compliance requirements, and employee engagement with learning programs.
- 1 Experience working with an LMS.
- 1 Experience with facilitating in a classroom and virtually.
- 2 Experience with customer service experience.
- 1 Experience with analyzing data and report creation.
- CPLP, CPDT or APTD certification
- 1 years of instructional design.
- System knowledge: Microsoft office 365, Adobe creative cloud, Articulate, Camtasia, other authoring tools, Learning management systems.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and understanding of instructional design concepts.
- Project Management experience.
