Job Summary:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager at Trucordia, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing personal insurance accounts and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. Your core skills in insurance sales and policyholder service will be essential in meeting goals and providing excellent customer service. The Personal Lines Account Manager will have the opportunity to expand the client base and cater to a diverse customer demographic. Your relevant skills in marketing and customer service will further enhance the overall client experience.

Job Summary:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager at Trucordia, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze personal insurance needs and recommend insurance products.
- Manage a designated book of business.
- Proactively remarket existing lines of business to retain clientele.
- Responsible for managing policy changes and renewals.
- Maintain carrier relationship with assigned marketing territory representatives.
- Develop new business accounts as well as new business development through commercial leads.
- Manage marketing communications for existing business management of audits requested by carriers.
- Valid Pennsylvania state Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience in personal lines insurance within a brokerage firm.
- Good understanding of all coverages and related laws, codes, regulations; all aspects of marketing process; commercial insurance rating, insurance terminology, and concepts; insurance company operations and their relations to the sales/marketing process as well as policy structure and content.
- Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment and technology & computer proficiency including agency management systems.
- Outstanding communication, written and verbal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
