This role will support Trucordia’s New Producer Development plan by coordinating and facilitating sales training for both new and existing producers. The ideal candidate will champion Trucordia’s growth-driven culture, equipping producers with the skills and knowledge to succeed. They will work closely with sales leaders to provide coaching and mentorship while leading and coordinating ongoing monthly sales training initiatives.

This role will support Trucordia’s New Producer Development plan by coordinating and facilitating sales training for both new and existing producers. The ideal candidate will champion Trucordia’s growth-driven culture, equipping producers with the skills and knowledge to succeed. They will work closely with sales leaders to provide coaching and mentorship while leading and coordinating ongoing monthly sales training initiatives.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate all Trucordia sales training and insurance technical training programs for producers.
- Develop, implement, and manage a structured 30-60-90-day onboarding experience for new producers, including coaching and mentorship support.
- Partner with Platform and Operations Sales leaders to assess training needs, address knowledge gaps, and enhance development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the corporate learning team to deliver instructor-led training, eLearning, and virtual programs.
- Equip Sales leaders and platform mentors with the necessary resources and training to support producer development.
- Track and report training completion and progress within Trucordia University, The Alliance platform, WebCE, and the company LMS.
- Use assessment tools—including surveys, pulse checks, and knowledge checks—to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Support ongoing learning initiatives and adapt training strategies as business needs evolve.
- 2 years of experience with facilitating large groups, in the classroom and virtually.
- 4 years in the insurance industry and insurance knowledge as a licensed producer
- Consultation, and working with SME at all levels of the organization.
- System knowledge: Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and understanding of instructional design concepts.
- Ability to travel often.
- 1 years of instructional design, knowledge of authoring tools, and LMS usage
- Experience with Salesforce
- Insurance designations, CIC, CPCU. ARM, CPAI, TRA
- Learning Designations, CPLP, CPDT or APTD certification
