Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks in collaboration with Producers and Clients.
- Conduct risk assessments for projects, identifying potential risks and creating mitigation strategies.
- Design and lead training programs to educate clients on risk management best practices.
- Implement risk management processes, including health and safety measures and contingency plans.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with risk management procedures and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and insights to senior leadership on emerging risks and mitigation tactics.
- Lead and mentor the Risk Management team, fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with Producers and Regional Vice Presidents to effectively address risk-related issues.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management implementation, training, and operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to assess and mitigate risks across multiple business areas.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
- Certification as a Qualified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) is highly preferred.
