Job Summary

Here at Trucordia, we are looking to hire a Senior Risk Manager who will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating business risks while ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations. Your investigative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills will enable you to connect with stakeholders across various professional backgrounds. Your commitment to risk management will contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of both clients and Trucordia.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks in collaboration with Producers and Clients.
• Conduct risk assessments for projects, identifying potential risks and creating mitigation strategies.
• Design and lead training programs to educate clients on risk management best practices.
• Implement risk management processes, including health and safety measures and contingency plans.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with risk management procedures and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and insights to senior leadership on emerging risks and mitigation tactics.
• Lead and mentor the Risk Management team, fostering professional development.
• Collaborate with Producers and Regional Vice Presidents to effectively address risk-related issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management implementation, training, and operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to assess and mitigate risks across multiple business areas.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
• Certification as a Qualified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) is highly preferred.
