We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Lead Generation AI Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage artificial intelligence technologies and advanced data analytics to drive lead generation strategies, identify high-quality prospects, and optimize lead qualification processes.
Your primary focus will be on building and implementing AI-driven tools that enhance lead discovery, improve targeting accuracy, and automate outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in AI and machine learning applications, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of sales funnels.
You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align AI initiatives with business goals and maximize revenue potential.
About the Role
- Software Development Leadership and Guidance: You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software components and applications.
- Generative AI Design, Development, and Deployment: You will lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI tools, including privately instanced LLMs, our private GenAI platform, and GenAI use cases.
- Leveraging AWS and Cutting-Edge AI Technologies: You will utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS), Claude LLM, Stable Diffusion, keyword vector search, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and GDPR-compliant practices in daily tasks.
- Ai Model Training, Testing, and Quality Assurance: You will implement leading practices in AI model training, testing, and validation.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent or proven years of experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, including some experience with generative models.
- 3 years of experience with backend server language Python, Java/Scala.
- 5 years of experience in developing REST APIs with JSON, protocol, Postman and/or curl.
- Web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3.
