Position Overview
As an Epigenetic Healthcare Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by educating healthcare professionals and wellness practitioners on the benefits of Infinite TruDiagnostic's epigenetic testing solutions. You will manage inbound sales efforts, develop relationships with clients, and drive new business opportunities.
This position requires a consultative approach, a strong ability to explain scientific concepts in an accessible way, and a proactive attitude in identifying and pursuing potential leads. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, customer support, and scientific teams to ensure the highest level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound inquiries, cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify high-value healthcare practices and providers who can benefit from Infinite Epigenetics’s products.
Customer Engagement & Sales Execution:
- Conduct engaging virtual sales presentations to educate prospective clients on Infinite Epigenetics’s products.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare practices, providers, and staff to ensure they are up-to-date and educated on the features, advantages, and benefits of TruDiangostic and Infinite Epigenetic's products.
- Work cohesively with the healthcare practice to ensure a full understanding of their unique needs, patient population, and practice dynamics.
- Serve as an epigenetic resource to address customer questions, objections, and concerns, consultatively and professionally, and bring in additional expertise when needed.
Pipeline & Account Management:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential leads and existing customers, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales progress in the company’s CRM system.
- Track and report key sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and customer insights to the Sales leadership team and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and communicate potential new business opportunities.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Stay informed on the latest epigenetic research trends to effectively collaborate, support, and educate healthcare professionals.
- Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to enhance epigenetic and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare, biotech, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Strong ability to learn and communicate complex scientific concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with B2B sales in healthcare or biotech industries.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- A strong network of healthcare providers.
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
