What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement responsive web designs that enhance engagement and accessibility.
- Work with customers to design custom websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, interactive features, and UI elements.
- Optimize website performance, including page speed, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets, including graphics, typography, and color schemes.
- Work with developers to implement front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Stay current with design trends, web technologies, and UX best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 2 years of web design experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Customer Skills : Strong communication skills with experience working one on one with customers to scope and design projects.
Tech Skills : Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge). Experience with WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
UX Focus : Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Creativity & Collaboration : Ability to bring fresh ideas while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to optimize site performance and usability.
