As an Acqusition Agent at Trudo Home Buyers, you will play a vital role in assisting sellers with their home selling needs. This position is based in Houston, TX, where you will leverage your expertise to guide clients through the selling process while ensuring a compassionate and supportive experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selling their homes by providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for home sellers.
• Conduct market analysis to determine property values and optimal pricing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with home sellers, providing updates and answering questions promptly.
• Running in-person and phone appointments every week with property sellers.
• Fielding calls from potential buyers and sellers in your market.

Requirements

• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful sales transactions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in real estate is a plus but sales experience is required.
