Position Overview:

The Retail Manager will oversee the operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the growing portfolio of Trudon boutiques in the United States, with a primary focus on fostering excellence and achieving business goals. Based in New York City, this role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is passionate about maintaining Trudon’s high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee opening and day-to-day operations of all US Trudon boutiques, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline store operations and improve productivity.

Sales & Business Development:

• Drive sales performance across boutiques by setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Partner with the global team to align local strategies with Trudon’s international vision.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and boutique staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture aligned with Trudon’s values.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a world-class customer experience, upholding Trudon’s reputation for luxury and personalized service.
• Develop customer engagement initiatives and build relationships with VIP clientele.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation:

• Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards that reflect Trudon’s heritage and product storytelling.
• Coordinate with the global marketing and merchandising teams for seasonal launches and campaigns.

Financial Management:

• Manage budgets, payroll, and inventory for all US boutiques.
• Optimize stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and oversee accurate reporting of financial performance.

Market Insights & Reporting:

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate on strategies to adapt to the dynamic luxury retail landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record in luxury or premium brands.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for luxury retail and an understanding of Trudon’s brand heritage.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
