What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at True Blue Butcher and Barrel?

Responsibilities:
- Wash all dishes
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
- Store clean dishes and equipment appropriately
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and notify when orders need to be placed.
- Break down cardboard boxes and take out to recycling container
- Take out additional trash
- Sweep and Mop floors
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules
