The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Hospitality managers are responsible for overseeing daily dining operations and dining room staff. Additionally, they are responsible for:
- Hiring, training, and supervising employees
- Coordinating with Chefs for a seamless dining experience
- Taking care of guests and going the extra mile to ensure positive experiences
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.
