The Payroll Representative is responsible for assisting our caregivers and nurses with questions or concerns about their pay rate, direct deposit, and timesheets. They manage the front desk area, attending to all walk-in caregivers in a timely manner.
- Provide information and service to our nurses and caregivers regarding pay rates, missed hours, direct deposit, timesheets, etc.
- Greet applicants at the front desk and service all walk-ins promptly.
- Set pay rates in HHA eXchange.
- Prepare reports for the Visit Compliance Team Lead.
- Triage calls to the appropriate department and staff.
- Maintain information confidentially and solve payroll discrepancies.
- Accurately enter and maintain employee-related information in HHA eXchange.
- Collaborate with all payroll-related internal departments to ensure payroll issues are quickly resolved.
- Ensure quality payroll service is provided to all caregivers and nurses by maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Verify and record attendance, and hours worked, and make pay adjustments.
- Ensure that caregivers and nurses are paid on time and that their paychecks are accurate.
- Other duties as assigned to support the payroll team.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent.
- Fluency in Chinese is required.
- Experience using Viventium, and HHA eXchange is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial/payroll-related software, and industry.
- Analytical thinker.
- Confident with numbers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
