Job Title: Caregiver Applicant Specialist
Job Description: The Caregiver Applicant Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day assistance to all of our Caregivers by being the point of contact for visitors to the office. They serve as a liaison between the agency and the Caregivers, communicating the Caregivers' needs and requests, ensuring that they are represented and supported.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome Caregivers to the office
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct parties to the appropriate department
- Assist Caregivers with questions regarding payroll, PTO, cases, etc.
- Collect and upload documents into our electronic system
- Maintain personnel records and ensure accurate data entry in appropriate systems
- Assist with HHA Exchange app and IVV/EVR training
- Assist with applications and training classes as needed
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- HS graduate/ GED equivalent
- Experience in HHA Exchange is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail, outgoing, positive personality, team player
