The Clinical Nurse (RN) Educator is responsible for the development, coordination and planning of specialized staff development programs for home health aides and nurses on a variety of quality improvement topics in accordance with NYSDOH regulations and Joint Commission standards.
About the Job:
- Identify and collect evidence-based information related to learning needs.
- Assess learners’ progress and interpret appropriate information necessary to review and/or adjust content, educational activities and teaching strategies as needed.
- Develop teaching techniques and learning strategies and methodologies to promote participant engagement.
- Classes are given onsite and in-person
- Some travel required

What you need:
- Current RN New York license in good standing
- Two (2) years of general nursing experience
- One (1) year of nursing teaching experience
