Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow referral relationships within the home care sector.
- Leverage your existing book of business to generate new leads and close deals.
- Present services and solutions to prospective clients and referral partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current experience in Home Care is a must.
- Must have an active book of business and established referral relationships in Philadelphia
- Able to provide examples of successful referral partnerships and past results.
- Proven track record of generating and converting leads into new business.
Compensation:
- High base salary: $52k starting , plus commission
- Mileage reimbursement for travel
