**We are currently seeking a Home Care Sales Representative to join our team!**
This position is on-the-field and calls for travel It requires an individual passionate about promoting Incare HHC’s personal brand of home care services with the objective of maintaining existing relationships and prospecting for new patient client referrals. A drive towards building and maintaining relationships, excellent communication and follow up, and the perseverance in finding what works or doesn’t work to be successful in our out-reach is paramount. If you are interested in being a part of a supportive team whose goal is to service Pennsylvania's senior sector with the care assistance they deserve,
- Seek out, build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing referral sources
- Research and identify new markets in need of home care services
- Obtain referrals for clients in need of home health aide services
- Resolve referral source issues quickly and effectively
- Work together with the Intake department to assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Attend networking and marketing events and present services as needed
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with excellent relationship building skills
- Strongly motivated, confident, and skilled in influencing others
- Healthcare sales or related sales experience preferred, but not required
- Spanish Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Must possess a car for travel
