Job duties and Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care: This may include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
- Supporting daily living activities: Direct Care Workers may help individuals with meal preparation, medication management, transportation, and other tasks that help them to maintain their independence.
- Developing and implementing care plans: Direct Care Workers work with supervisors and healthcare professionals to develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual they support.
- Monitoring and reporting on individual progress: Direct Care Workers may be responsible for monitoring and documenting changes in an individual's health or behavior, and reporting these observations to the appropriate parties.
- Building and maintaining relationships: Direct Care Workers develop strong relationships with the individuals they support, their families, and other members of their care team. This may involve engaging in activities with the individuals, providing emotional support, and advocating for their needs.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
