Home Care Sales Representative – Field Sales (Philadelphia Area)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Home Care Sales Representative to join our team in the Philadelphia area. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for helping others and a strong background in field sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales & Outreach: Conduct in-person visits to potential clients, referral sources, healthcare facilities, and community organizations to promote our home care services.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients who need home care services, providing detailed information on how our care solutions can improve their quality of life.
- Referral Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare professionals to generate ongoing referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Assess the needs of potential clients and their families, offering tailored solutions that align with their healthcare and personal care requirements.
- Presentations & Community Engagement: Attend networking events, health fairs, and community meetings to represent the company and educate the public on available home care services.
- Follow-Up & Client Support: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients, ensuring they receive timely responses and guidance throughout the decision-making process.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and referral sources using CRM tools to measure progress and optimize strategies.
- Collaboration with Care Team: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and a smooth transition into care services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, healthcare sales, or home care services preferred.
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel locally for in-person meetings.
- Knowledge of the home care industry, Medicaid, private pay, or insurance-based services is a plus.
